Thanks Jostein 🙂

Might have another for you -the custom colours aren't saving for me - no deal breaker!

You mean the colors on the graphs? No, those are not saved. It's simple to add, so I may add it at some point.

Hi, another small update, 3.2.29

It fixes a bug that caused slow update rate of the Engine RPM gauge in some configurations when using a separate engine RPM input.

Greetings,

Version 3.2.30 was released today.

  1. Fixed a bug where erroneous power/torque would be calculated for systems with two brakes and different MOI on each brake
  2. Increased precision on MOI numbers (x.x to x.xx)

Link here: http://yourdyno.com/YourDynoInstaller_3.2.30.msi

Enjoy!

I hope my brakes have same MOI..

P.S please try to fix AFR readings, if it's not hard too about WHP readings..

It was only a problem if your brakes/rollers had different moi so you entered two different moi numbers. The SW used the same moi for both.

Yes i will fix those things you mention.

Thank you about fixing bugs i mentioned.

About MOI per brake, i was wondering , just asking, in my case, i use both brakes , was wondering how do i would calculate MOI of each brake.

Are you importing raw logs? Or loading CSV file or just done runs?

Only time I see that date is with raw logs. And other glitches when opening a currupt CSV

 raw logs.

it's easy when you made more runs. only ''save + restart''

Note that importing raw logs is typically used to tune noise filters or MOI, for which the points you mention are not important. You should rather save the runs as .csv instead of re-running them.

The raw data does not contain date/time.

I will see if these points can easily be improved somewhat, not on the top of the priority list though.

Tuners,

Version 3.2.31 was released today. Changes:

  • Retardation part of the graphs vs RPM for plugins are now removed, which makes it easier to read the graphs. This functionality was already in place for aux channels and thermocouple, but not for plugins
  • Added option to use RPM[CANTool] as a source for Engine RPM. The CANTool plugin has high update rate, so this is a good option for engine RPM
  • Hide the small select graph window when other windows like Run or Options are active
  • Added time/date on raw log import

New version available here: https://yourdyno.com/YourDynoInstaller_3.2.31.msi

Enjoy!

Tried the can tool on my dyno again today. With the rpm via can, and all the others too, lambda, map, Oilpressure. And It works amazingly....

i talked with bmgjet about the posibility to have all power graphs on one side axis, and the others on the other side axis. Because you cant scale 700nm and 0.80 lambda on the same time like now...  On the other hand, 0.80 lambda, 2 bar boost and 4.5 bar oil pressure could easily be scaled together.

again, 1000 thanks to both Jostein and Brendans effort to make yourdyno the best dyno controller money can buy....

😊
