To diagnose what is going on with your setup, please describe the issue and send use these 3 files:
- Your settings file (Options->Backup options to file)
- The log file
- The corresponding csv file
Please only send these 3 files of a single run, unless instructed otherwise. We sometimes get a huge amount of files and that takes us a long time to sort through.
For remote login, please install Ultraviewer.
