Hi looking for some advice
would the Ecumasters lamba controller ( https://www.ecumaster.com/files/devices/lambda/lambdaManual.pdf) work with the can tool
Other options would be haltech who offer a dual channel lamba controller ( https://www.haltech.com/downloads/guides/ )
Ecumaster appears to offer more can related info but only single channel
could anyone shed some light on weather any of these would work

Good news! There is a new CANTool plugin ready that supports any CAN device :-). You can define the channels as you want, depending on the device you have connected. I have made a video describing it that will be posted in a day or two.
So choose the CAN device that fits best, it will be compatible.

I’m also looking at this 22 channel can input module
I have already purchased the ecu masters can you USB, will this work the same as described in video
Also would there be any options to add non linear sensors eg temperature sensors
