For a start use the default Kp, Ki and Kd values (0.3, 0.15, 0). Then do a  Power Sweep.

can you tell me, the best setting of brake set up and RPM set up. i dont know how to fill this setting, like RPM increment/decrement step size, start condition, define sweep, tacho RPM set poin, pulse per revolution etc. i want to do engine remapping

anyone know what should i do? I did a dyno test and got power and torque, but it was different from the initial specifications of the car. i got max power is 140 HP but the specification is 160 HP. i use fortuner  3.0D-4D 4x4 MT. i use rpm curve brake.  here is my setting, maybe my setting is wrong.

I see a few issues here. First, you need a trigger wheel. You only have 1 pulse per revolution in the RPM setup. See https://yourdyno.com/YourDynoHelp/brake-rpm-sensors/

Also, you are ramping up very fast, then ramping down again. You should only ramp up for a power run. No faster than 500 RPM/sec, slower is ok. You can use the Power Sweep for this.

When this is working and you have played around a bit with the setup, turn on "Compensate for frictional losses during retardation" in Horsepower correction and add maybe 10% (depends on the car) on the power losses. 

The Gear ratio also need to be correct. Set it either using OBD2 or using the tacho. 

Okey thank you for the answer i will try it. i have some quetion, what is power sweep mean? and how to set gear ratio in manual transmition ? i am sorry this is my first time doing dyno test.

For automatic transmission you can set gear ratio to anything, then install the Speed and Distance plugin and look at results vs Speed. Results vs RPM is no good for automatic transmissions since the gear ratio varies. 

Power sweep if a brake option, see Run->Brake Setup. If you want to sweep through the RPM range of the engine, this is a good option to use.
