I seem to be having an issue with the PHT200 Environmental sensor plugin. I have the sensor connected, and I can see it is reading in the QTenki software. However, in the PHT200 plugin configuration window, it just says "Not connected" for each value. The installation folder is set to C:/Program Files (x86)/QTenki, which is definatley where the software is installed. Also, it is impossible to select "Use Plugin sensor data" in the Environmental horsepower correction menu. In the config window, the plugin version is stated as 1.4, wheras in the "Manage Plugins..." menu it is stated as 1.6 that is installed (which I assume is the latest version since I am an on the most recent YourDyno installation), so I don't know if this has something to do with it.

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated and please forgive me if I have missed something obvious. Thanks very much.

Hi,

I double checked, and it works fine here. The folder should be using \ and not /, but I guess that is the case? I also tested with the newest PTH200 software, but still ok.

You can open a terminal window in Windows and execute the command line:

C:\Program Files (x86)\QTenki>usbtenkiget.exe -i 0,1,2 -P hPa

You should get something like:
997.55, 23.68, 35.87

If that works, you may want to delete the pth200.dll file in c:\programdata\yourdynoplugins, then restart the installation file and select Repair. Maybe you somehow have the wrong dll.

I will fix the erroneous version information (1.4 vs 1.6), it shall be version 1.6 everywhere, but it is a label issue, not a problem.
