Hi, can I use a "bending beam"
load cell for my eddy current brake?
Or does it have to be an "S" load cell?
I have a z6f-c4 500kg load cell.

Hello,
Yes, that is no problem. When entering the distance to the load cell, use distance to the load. The load is typically on top of the load cell, but does not need to be, and what really matters is the distance to the load.
