Hi, Ive just purchased a eddy braked rollig road dyno thats been retrofitted with yourdyno controler and brake controller and itll hold rpm, power sweep etc it just has extremely low readings.
Im fairly sure I've set everything up properly and calibrated the load cell etc, one thiong tho is in moi wizard it finally reads about 10kmh well at almost 180kph
anyone have any ideas on what effects the power readings being like 1/4 of what they should be?

1) Check that you have the Pulses per revolution correct in the RPM/Freq setup
2) Set the circumference of the rollers in Plugins->Speed and distance to get the speed right
3) Set the MOI. I recommend doing a manual MOI measurement first, that is the most accurate. Ramp the RPM up then down and adjust the MOI such that the curve overlaps as much as possible on the way up and down. This works best in Naturally aspirated cars
4) Load cell must be calibrated correctly
