Horsepower ( Hp ) units to me do not belong with torque in Newton Metres (Nm) units. Hp and ftlb looks right.

The mixing of units will cause confussion.

Yes, depends on scale on left and right axis. And they cross at 5252 RPM only for torque in LbFt not for Nm

I think depend about scale he is using… here one example of mine

Sometimes it cross at 5200rpm and sometimes doesnt.

Looking at your printed graph , why is the horsepower and torque cross over RPM low ? Should be around 5252 rpm ?
