Hello,

I'm almost ready building my dyno and I wanted to see if the rpm signal from the encoders arrived well in the software. So installed the latest release 3.2.168 and firmware 1.28. Now according to the manual I need to open a new run and then setup the RPM as in pulses per roll revolution. When I click on the button I get a error window saying: System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: InvalidArgument=Value of '4' is not valid for 'SelectedIndex'.
Parameter name: SelectedIndex

I could also post the full window error message if needed but more then likely I just forgot someting obvious in setting the software up or so.

best regards and thanks in advance! Ruben

Hi,

You can use version 3.2.165 or you can go for the newest 3.3.x version which supports the new Standard v5 and Ultimate boards too.

Ok cool so this is a known issue for this software or did I use the wrong software for my setup? I think I have just the normal hardware with 3 aux and 1 TC input.

@rub87 got some other folks reporting the same thing. It is a setting in the options file that causes the bug to appear. You can delete the options file and continue with 168, but then you would need to set all the options again. So it is easier to just go to version 3.2.165. The newest versions 3.3.x are just being launched now, with major changes due to Standard v5 and Ultimate, so 3.2.165 may be a better option for a little while.
