I am just setting up a new install using a single load cell water brake, Yourdyno Ultimate V2, with UnaVision 4.0.59.
I found the plug in for the KMTronic USB relay, I am struggling to assign a physical start button to record a new run. I have a simple push button switch installed on top of my throttle handle. the push button switch is wired directly to the KMtronic Relay. If any of you have any information to help assign a simple switch to activate/Start new run, please reply.

The KmTronic plugin is for controlling relays, not for inputs.
To connect an on/off button to start/stop your run, wire it into a digital input, meaning RPM3-4 or Freq1-2. These channels will be 1 by default (they have a pullup resistor) and the button will short Signal to 0V, so they will be 0 when the button is pressed.
Define this button under Options->RPM and Frequency channels, call it something like "Start stop run" and select this channel as the physical hotkey.
