Hello, we've purchased a couple of your power supplies for our 72V and 96V dynos. I've adjusted our range for the PWM input pulses to account for that, basically limiting the 72V to 37.5% duty cycle and 96V to 50% duty cycle. (assumed that 100%=192V which seems to be the case) But we're seeing odd behavior at lower duty cycles. From around 8% to 15% duty cycle, the output seems to jump up to about 50V. Once we're past that point, it goes back down and we can step up fairly linearly from there. Is this behavior expected? Is there a minimum duty cycle we should be using? Thanks
So you have YourDyno instrument box and YourDyno power supplies? Then in Brake Controller Setup select "YourDyno Eddy power supply" and set the max voltage you want.
No, we do not have the instrument box, just the power supply. We have our own existing controllers. So we're just outputting the PWM signal into the YourDyno power supply at 100Hz.
