Q&A Forum
my RPM for my rollers and brakes are different. In the manual it seems to making an assumption they are the same....any guidance on software setup would be appreciated. I have attached a simple drawing of my setup.
what was your MOI on the 880?
I have been running the coastdown test and have been getting some unexpected numbers. I can detach the front rollers on my dyno to reduce the natural inertia. I have run in 2wd and 4wd and get the same result of 17.25 for my MOI
max speed 70mph and brake set at 20%
I would not have expected these to be the same MOI..Please advise
awesome...Yes SF 883...had YD for a few years now, never finalized install as I couldn't mentally resolve the gear ratio issue....NOW it is all making sense...thank you
Hi,
This setup is used on some dynos, for example the Superflow 880.
UnaVision needs to know the RPM where the load is measured. So configure RPM1 as Load Cell1 RPM (or Load cell 1+2 for a 4WD) and:
Pulses per revolution: Number of teeth x gear ratio. Drive ratio: 1
Speed and distance: Enter the roller diameter and drive ratio 1
