Hello,
How do I get the MOI for an inertia only 2wd dyno, with a roller weight of 3000lbs and diameter of 24 inches?

Hi there,
There are a few ways. You can do a rough calculation, there are several calculators online, just google it. Another option is using a rope and a known weight, see http://dtec.net.au/Downloads/Inertia%20Dyno%20Design%20Tool%20Ver3.xls. Or the best in my view, you take a car that has been recently dynoed on a "known good" dyno, then enter the same correction factors and tune the MOI until the readings match.
