Welcome to the forum MadMax

1. What load cell( strain gauge ) does the maha lps2000 have on it ?

2. What speed sensor and speed sensor reluctor ring( wheel) does the maha lps2000 have on it? will need to know all teeth dimension  derails?

3. What power supply do you plan to use ? You will have to do some homework on this part . It maybe possible to re_use the existing power supply that is on your maha lps2000 chassis dyno.

Or , start fresh and fit up a new power supply system  to the maha lps2000 dyno.

There are plenty  examples of chassis dynos that people have converted  over to yourdyno control system in the forum. I will link a few examples you can have a read.

It may not be a specific to your request " maha lps2000 " chassis dyno but the same principles  apply to your  maha lps2000 chassis dyno.

You need to workout if it is possible to re_use existing sensors and other hardware of your maha chassis dyno.

If the sensors are compatible specification to be used with yourdyno controller then you will save some money in the conversion.

Start here with the rpm sensor and wheel .

BRAKE RPM SENSORS &How many teeth do you need

Brake RPM sensor considerations

Trigger wheel mechanical/material considerations Intro -

https://yourdyno.com/YourDynoHelp/brake-rpm-sensors/

Then go onto the load cell ( strain gauge )

Then the power supply to the electric retarder brake. Pull off the covers and try and identify what brake maha have used on the dyno you have. Should be a ID_TAG with information on it. Post a few pictures.

The power supply is one of the biggest expenses. If you can re_use what you have there then you will save a few dollars ( or what ever country currency you live in )

Just ask specific questions in the forum. There are some very helpful people in here that are willing to help.

Admin ( Mr Jostien ) is a wealth of knowledge , nformation and is always at hand to asist.

Here are a few chassis dynos that have been converted to YourDyno control system. There are many more examples plus hub_dynos too you may want to read about cause essentially same setup other than double the electric brake retarder and sensors but same principles.
