Trying to setup my coolant temp sensor GM #213-928.  I calculated all of the voltages that should be read using a voltage divider calculator.

Problem is that it never seems to get over 120 degrees F.  I even attempted to adjust the temp to voltage chart so that it would read higher and it still doesn't show correctly.

I measured the voltage at Aux 2 input and it was .305 volts.  I then used a temp gun to check the temp around the sensor, 160 degrees F.  I then adjusted the table for that one specific temp and the run screen still showed me 112 degrees.

What am I doing wrong????

Thanks

James

I figured it out myself.  I had put in the voltage values in a descending order, the software didn't seem to like that.  I then changed it to an ascending order and it works perfect.
