Brake Output Problems / Fluctuation

Hello, I am Ben from Germany.
I own a classic car workshop and a Bosch LPS96 with a Telma 135 brake.
I bought and installed the Yourdyno Box incl. Yourdyno PWS two months ago.
I have adjusted all settings according to the specifications and wiki. I use the PWM output with 192V (Setting Yourdyno PWS) as recommended.
Now to my problem, I have read all the reports but have not found the answer. Maybe someone here can help me.

Whenever the PID control is in operation (Hold RPM or Power Sweep), my braking power and the display on the dashboard fluctuate between 0-25% braking power within seconds.
I do not have a constant / even braking power in any braking condition.
I have done more than 100 tests over the last few days in conjunction with the wiki instructions for PID adjustment, but I see the fault elsewhere.

I look forward to any helpful answers.

Many greetings

Hi,

It's difficult to know exactly what is wrong without seeing the setup and settings you try. The easiest is probably that I log in remotely and check it out when a good time for you. Can you download UltraViewer here: https://ultraviewer.net/en/UltraViewer_setup_6.2_en.exe

Give me a ping at +47 4840 1279 tomorrow after 6pm for example.

Cheers,
Jostein

Hi, you can also send me a couple of raw log files and your saved configuration (Options->Backup options to file). I can take a look if anything looks off.

Hello Jostein,

please excuse my late feedback. I had some problems with the virus in our company the last weeks.
But I would like to accept the offer to send you the data. I have also already installed Ultraviewer if it makes it easier.
Thanks for help
Best regards Benjamin
