Water Brake Engine Dyno Kit
OVERVIEW
YourDyno specializes in upgrading the electronics and software of existing water brakes. We provide upgrade kits that make the transition easy, and support is included. We always ensure the setup is working wellby remote login.
Features and Standard Configuration
A kit usually consists of:
- YourDyno Ultimate including weather station
- YourDyno 1”, 1.5” or 2” automatic load valve or kit to upgrade existing valves (Superflow and DTS)
- RPM sensor and RPM trigger wheel (or reuse existing)
- Load cell (or reuse)
- Various sensors (pressure, temperature, flow, etc) as needed
The brain of the system is the YourDyno software, which communicates with the YourDyno Ultimate to read sensors and control the brake. Its Load Control has a special brake control mode, In addition, it reads/writes the CAN bus through the Ultimate, and controls any peripherals connected to the PC through plugins (for example USB relays).
The YourDyno Ultimate is our high-end data acquisition unit, with high channel capacity and outstanding accuracy.
The automatic load valve is a butterfly valve, fully stainless steel construction with rubber seal, which means minimum maintenance is required. It is also extremely fast responding. It contains a position sensor and plug and play configuration in the YourDyno software.
