Looks like the standard unit should be fine.....Each coil is .3 ohm wired in series is 4.9ohm (meter confirmed this), so at 96v should be 19.6amp.... ...

But the sport device unit will still work correct? How many amp will it need?

I'm curious as if this had been tested as well... We mostly Dyno automatic transmission engines which does not work well with roller rpm....
