What is everyone using to power 12v based devices or sensors?

I'm installing a YourDyno control box and power supply at the moment, and I have an existing Innovate LC1 from one of my previous project cars, that id like to use as a wideband controller.

But obviously that presents an issue with a 12v power supply.

Is there a simple solution to power this, and other sensor controllers with the same needs?

I was looking at two options locally-

0-36VDC 0-5A Slimline 80W Lab Power Supply | Jaycar Electronics

13.8V 12A Switchmode Bench Power Supply | Jaycar Electronics
