Hi, could you give some more info like which hall sensor is it and how did you connect it? 

Yea sure it’s a 4 wire! 36 magnet on roller when I tested it across neg and sens I have 5 v then when it goes past mag drops to 0v an so on over the 36 dots

Its weird cuz I was doing a rpm engine calculate for ratio and I hit calculate and that’s when it stoped! I have reset everything! There is data flowing on comms replaced cable still no go

Check that the gear ratio is not 0. Set it manually to for example 1,then see if the rpm moves again. 

So it’s 3 wire pos neg sens and sheild

Yea tried that didn’t work just goes back to zero also the calculate button is not high lighted

I also checked firmware it’s 3.01.78

I should mention that the system has been working for last 6 months since I purchased it’s been great

Do a run, start it manually and send me the raw log file, I will take a look.

By the way, latest software is 3.2.37 and latest firmware is 1.21. Try yo upgrade. 

Also, what is the part number of the rpm sensor.

well I got rpm working!

I checked hall effect  sensor with my scope the second time and seen the square wave pattern! Great

Still at this point not working.........after a few conversations with  jostien he mentioned to do software and firmware upgrades .....and that seem to fix it all! 

New upgrades are heaps more better than last! I have checked dyno now with a test hit and everything seems to be working fine! Again thanks admin (jostien) for the support and back up!
