Since, Congratulations for Jostein ! !

I'm 60's years Old  and  have try and use a lot of commercial  Dyno.

Today i made my first  runs with Jonstein product !!! More than one year after purchase ....

A good Hub Dyno take a lot of time to afford ans build.

Why congratulations for Jonstein ? Cause Jonstein is a tuner before an seller....

During the next week, i will explain vou how to make a "tip Top" Hub YOURDYNO"

JOSTEIN ! IF YO MAKE A RACE IN FRANCE, MY HOUSE IS YOUR HOUSE

Start of dyno building tonmorow.....

Stators ready to mount.

Used retarders should be dismanteled to check bearings and coils.

Beware with mud and dust !!  With moisture they cause bad insulation.

Polar plates botls must be drilled ! They are impossible to release even with heating.

Bolts have standard conical heads and metric thread (10x150 - 25mm )

Check all coils for short or open. Normal value is 0.19 ohm for CC200 coils.

Remenber ! With serial 192V coupling, if one coil is open the retarder don't work

The four rotors ready to mount

Sandblasted and cover with rust converter for the look.

They are each balanced but they must be put at their own place to respect the gap.

Hi , nice start keep up the good work.

Have you made plans for the hub_dyno build  or you're just winging as you go along?

I always post this guy's hub-dyno as a nice referrance  unit to go by..... he has thought of a few nice ideas into his hub dyno build. See what you think?

VicDynoHire was the inspiration for my build in the beginning as well. I have made a simplier version that works really good, also running Yourdyno.

Please check my Youtube build series for inspiration: https://www.youtube.com/user/AsLoT200sx/

First runs was made. All seems to be ok.

Now the dyno is dismantled to make finishing and some improvements.

Clean wiring, new load cell and balancing the retarders. I have some little vibrations.

Wait a few weeks !

Best regards
