I seem to be encountering an issue.

I am in the Database and some runs when selected trigger an immediate popup "Failed to load run xxxxxxx" xxxxx=file name

Typically these seem to be longer tests of 10 minutes or greater.

I can tell if it is going to open because there is a delay, the longer the file the greater the delay. (assumed due to having to unzip the "xxxxxx.ydrun")

The file does unpack into the temp folder okay with or without the issue.

Working to understand it appears I am doing something that is corrupting the "data.json" file as in all cases the data.json file is 0kb

Another point to note is some of these files were opening and unloading fine and then I go to reopen them again and this issues occurs.

Hi,

Please send me the run to jostein@yourdyno.com

You should be able to read the options and then click the re-run button as a backup.

If the run failed to open, trying Options-Load Selected Options (Engine/Vehicle dependent or All) and then clicking rerun did nothing.

Trying to isolate the cause. I found I had backed up a several folders a few days ago on another PC which contained some of the runs I was now having issues with. They would open on this other PC. When I extracted those ydrun files I found they had data.json files that were not 0kb. If I copied those data.json files into the appropriate ydrun file on the controlling PC, those particular runs now would open again.

Again thinking this is all on my end I have uninstalled my google drive which was doing live backups (had cleaned up that drive remotely which may have been a catalyst).

I have also noticed if I don't manually unload all runs before closing the app I sometimes get an error in which the Unavision center graphic panel vanishes and I get an X like graphic across the center of the Univision screen.

For now I will try and continue to monitor what is happing.

I am confident it is something I am doing or have going on that is triggering this.

Likely unrelated, I will also try the "Enable Data Compression" as the system did sometimes get choppy the other day and stutter on these 10+ minute runs. You did recommend enabling data compression which I had not done. "Enable compression for long runs (> 3-5 minutes) to keep the system fast and the data sets manageable"

I don't think there is much you can do with one of the offending ydrun files if the data.json file is 0kb, let me know if I am wrong and I will send one but I don't whish to waste your time.

Hi,

I don't know what is going on there, so I am still interested to get one or two of your files to check.
