Beginning a project to convert a Dynojet 248x to yourdyno controls.  Drum diameter is 48".  Test speeds are 8mph to 200mph.  If I'm doing the math right and need 200 pps I will need a pickup wheel with 215 teeth.  Following the minimum specs for tooth width (0.1") and tooth spacing (0.4") the pickup wheel will be 34" in diameter.  Before I have this machined I thought I would post here because this seems extremely unreasonable.
