Hello!

I have a problem with version 3.3.85 on Windows 10. When I launch the app I get an error. "Can't find printer". If I revert to the older version of the program it works again. I have tried to install on another computer without any problem. The printer is detected by the OS. I have printer set to PDF just in case. I just reinstalled the OS.

Any thoughts?

Hello,

Can you double check that you did not click "Run as administrator"? It shall not be clicked, or the program runs under a different user which may not have printers installed.

If that does not help, can you check the latest beta version.

When I tried to start the computer today it frozed. I think the issue that I thaught was software related and made me reinstall the OS is actually the hardware. Time to buy a new computer I'm afraid 🙁
