Setting up a new Hub Dyno with YourDyno control box and power supplies. Installed latest software version 3.2.102 on a Windows 10 Pro computer and using a bluetooth dongle CSR 4.0. Windows has paired with the power supply OK, setup the software for Eddy power supply using YourDyno. Tested the first brake, works OK but as soon as I try to enable "get status via bluetooth" program crashes (see screenshot attached). Program won't restart. Have to rename folder that the program is installed in to get the program to run again.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any help is appreciated.
Graham
Hi,
I will send you a link to a test version of the software tomorrow, then we can see.
Note that if the program does not start up you can set ydBluetoothOn to False in the user.config file and you should be able to start it again. You can also just delete the file, but then you need to set all options again (like calibration).
The user.config file is here: %localappdata%\Fonneland_Engineering\YourDyno.exe<some random characters>\<latest version>
Thanks for the reply, Thought it was something like that stopping the program restarting, just a work arround I've used before with other Windows issues with my limted Windows knowledge.
I'll try the latest software as soon as you can get it over to me,
Sorry should have named the post "Bluetooth Error" not "Crashes"

Hi,
Can you try this version: YourDynoInstaller_3.2.108.exe
If it does not work with Bluetooth, then send me the whole error message in mail to jostein@yourdyno.com
Note that this version has a few not fully tested features, so you may want to go back to 3.2.102 after testing the Bluetooth.
Tried the version you sent but I had the same issue, attached is the text from the error message, pretty sure the problem is my computer missing system files
Thanks
Graham
