AT car Gear Ratio and Position of Taransmition

I want to do dyno test for Toyota Fortuner  3.0 D- 4.0 D AT. Any one know how to doing dyno test for AT car? 
like what position of transmition { D, D2, D3, L }, Gear ratio setting etc. Please help me if you have some information

Don`t bother with gear ratio and results vs rpm as slip in the converter will affect these anyway.

Lock the transmission in a suitable gear and use results vs speed... This will give correct HP figures but not torque as the engine rpm reference is off.

Thank you for the answer, but there is not result vs speed in your dyno software. or you mean to see speed in speedometer?
