1.  Start RPM.   The help section states this is where the brake starts to turn on.   Is this the rpm the brake is supposed to stabilized rpm and start the sweep after the wait time has timed out or is this where the brake actually start to apply?

2. the closed loop section staes that load control is a different control mechanism.  Is load control closed loop and does the brake start up ramp in the closed loop tab have ant affect on load control.

3.When using load control and using manual start (auto start /stop diabled) the manual start button on the gage screen goes off and on, meaning it become able to click or not click.    Once it allows the use the and selected the sweep does start.   What is the condition or condition not met that makes it selectabe or not?

4. What is the intended control strategy for the start of a pull at a fixed rpm using the load control regulator?  Is that the start rpm.

5.Start gain ....Does this begin after thestart rpm or is this intended to ranp up to start rpm?

6. Gain.  not sure I understand how this is used by increasing brake % as rpm increases, the brake is actually decreasing percentage to sweep the rpm higher

thanks

Hi start RPM is where it will start the run sweep at what RPM you choose say 3500RPM after whatever delay time you put in ie, 3seconds delay, this means it will hold the engine under load at full throttle at 3500RPM for 3seconds to stabilize then will start the sweep from 3500RPM, yes loop control also controls brake in conjunction with the load control settings they work together. you must click the box in corner of what type of control setup you want ie, load control, power sweep or manual rpm control etc.
