YourDyno specializes in upgrading the electronics and software of existing dynos. We provide upgrade kits that make the transition easy, and support is included.
Features and Standard Configuration
An Eddy brake engine dyno kit consists of:
- YourDyno Ultimate instrument unit including weather station
- 1 Eddy brake power supply
- 1 RPM sensor
- 1 RPM trigger wheel
- 1 Load cell
- Additional sensors as needed
The brain of the system is the YourDyno software, which communicates with the YourDyno Ultimate to read sensors and control the brake. Its many brake modes and Sequencer makes controlling the engine very easy. CAN bus data can be read and written through the Ultimate, and peripherals connected to the PC can be controlled through plugins (for example USB relays) which makes for a very expandable system.
The YourDyno Ultimate is our high-end data acquisition unit, with high channel capacity and outstanding accuracy.
