RE: Setting up HUB dyno

So this problem is solved. This piece of diode made my day. I soldered in parallel on pins 2 and 1 on thyristor. So I made my thyristor from SKBH to S...

RE: Setting up HUB dyno

you asked me about snubber/filter and yes I told that I put them on Semikron and retarder. you didn't say anything about diode.

RE: Setting up HUB dyno

You are making so much mess here. 😀 Pin6 is input pin on Semikron. These 2 graphs is from thyristor pin 7 and pin 3 or 4. Your dyno can't be damaged ...

Here is what happens when I am quickly lowering voltage from yourdyno output 5V to 0V. This change in graph is when on SKPC pin 6 is voltage around 0,...

RE: Setting up HUB dyno

No, It isn't working like that. On gates there is 0-1V. I made few logs with oscilloscope. And it is behaving strange. Still i am thinking about thyri...

RE: Setting up HUB dyno

yes, I already did it: On Retarder RC filter (4.7uF 250V capacitor and 22ohm 10W resistor)

RE: Setting up HUB dyno

No, I have not. I have put AC noise filter on Semikron 11.,12.pins. On Retarder RC filter (4.7uF 250V capacitor and 22ohm 10W resistor), but still the...

RE: Setting up HUB dyno

I understand that I can't do normal retardation runs. Tested it with pot and it behaves 100% the same. even with 0V on skpc200 it still got 60V on ret...

RE: Setting up HUB dyno

That gave me some information. Measured 5V output from yourdyno - Retarder - 192V. If I move slider faster to 0V, then at retarder still stays 60V. I...

But in my case it isn't short time. They were standing maybe 10-15min and then I switched off AC.
