Hi, I have a problem with Rc servo Hs785hb. I have set the parametri Like a photo and powered the servo with eternal +5v, but If i Connect Yellow cable in out B, the servo rotate continiously, and if I Connect the Yellow wire to out A, the servo doesnt work. In all cases, i cant control the servo with "test your brake " function.
Can you help me?

I tried this setup, the servo turn about 8 turns but have no necessary torque to complete rotate the oleodinamic pressure valve (problem is the servo, not the setup) . Is better try a servo with more torque, about 27/30 kg*cm and more speed (how much speed is good ?) or stepper Motor?
Yourdyno can control directly stepper Motor or is necessary the controller?

Looking at the spec, this servo has a special PWM range. You can set minimum 3% and maximum 12%, and you should get about 8 turns.
But as mentioned before, this is a super slow servo. You can try this setup, if you have a hard time controlling the system, then you should consider switching to either a faster servo or better: A stepper motor.

Hi,
You need 20000 micro seconds (20 ms) period.
Note that servo is very slow. You can limit the travel as much as possible, this will help a bit. You adjust the travel with the min and max pulse width.
