I have the V4 yourdyno box on my engine dyno. I looking to install it on my Mustang chassis dyno and upgrade the engine dyno to the Ultimate.   The Mustang powerdyne uses the Smart tach module from Accurate Technologies for the engine RPM input.  The output is analog 0-5 volt .   Is there a way to use this with the V4 box?

I'm setting up my MD250 now. It looks to me like we will have to wire the ATI to RPM 1 with a jumper inside your dyno box set for VR rpm and rpm 2 will have to be set for the Mustang roller hall sensor. I am using the V5 unit.

Hi, the Smarttach has a digital output too that can be connected to RPM2 or Dig In1/2.

You could also use the Analog out. Then you connect it to an Aux input and define the relationship between 0V-5V and RPM in the Aux setup.
