I'm pretty sure under high loads I'm getting some slip, regardless of strapping.
What's the best way to measure? How can I compare the fixed ratio roller speed ratio with a directly measured or OBD based RPM?

Hi,
Best way is to use the OBD2 based RPM and compare with Engine RPM (which is worked out from roller RPM and gear ratio) in Results vs Time. It should overlay really well, you will see when it slips. Curves can be dragged into the same graph so it is easy to see.
