Help with old water brake motorcycle dyno

The small pump under the tank had only a 1/4 NPT outlet so it would have been way undersized flow wise. The tank and pump were salvaged coolant unit used on a lathe.  The Goulds pump used is a 1 x 1 1/4 x 6 with a 4 1/2 impeller.

I made the video public for now.  Pardon the mess in the shop.  The kid I help out has not been by to "work" clean the shop in 6 months and theres 20 pounds of **** in a 2-pound bag.
